The family estate of Pen Ar Garen, located in the town of Louannec close to Perros-Guirec, has been completely renovated to welcome you in the best conditions. By the sea and opposite Tomé Island, you can enjoy a peaceful and pleasant place for a stay with family or friends.

The estate can be booked in its entirety (Grand Domaine de Pen Ar Garen, capacity of 20 people) or separately (Maison de Pen ar Garen, 15 people and Maison du Pecheur, 5 people). The houses have all the facilities for a great stay and have stunning sea views.

The region of Côtes d'Armor offers you in summer as well as in winter many activities to spend an unforgettable holiday.

“A perfect stay with friends” We had an excellent stay in Louannec. The two houses are very comfortable, lovely, and well-furnished. The view from the living room, dining room, and some of the bedrooms is magnificent. We were a group of 16 adults and had plenty of space, both inside and out. Finally, the region is superb and offers many activities. Our stay was therefore perfect.
